Protect-all, Inc. Announces Acquisition
Positions Company as World's Largest Manufacturer
of Tabbing Films and Edge Reinforcement Products

DARIEN, WISCONSIN (March 26, 2012) - Protect-all Inc., a leading manufacturer of thermal laminating films and related products for the graphic arts industry, has announced today that it has purchased the Tabbing and Edge Reinforcement Products Division from Scott Office Systems.   The acquisition significantly enhances Protect-all's presence in the tabbing and edge reinforcement markets, and positions the company as the world's largest manufacturer of these products.

For more than 15 years, Protect-all has supported the tabbing and edge reinforcement markets with a full line of high quality color and clear tab film, as well as edge reinforcement products.

This acquisition will expand the product line, allowing Protect-all to better support existing customer base and fully support those customers who have for years depended upon Scott Office Systems. The company will integrate most of the Scott products into its existing equipment as well as expand its extensive manufacturing facility by utilizing key specialty equipment previously owned by Scott.
