Two-Sided Lamination
Protect-all’s heavy-gauge, two-sided encapsulation films are ideal for a wide variety of commercial applications—posters , maps, menus, trading cards, gift cards, loyalty cards, or other environments—where a durable, moisture resistant product is required. Offered in abrasion resistant and resilient polyester (PET), our two-sided films are available 3.0 mil up to 15.0 mil thick, and are coated with a low-melt adhesive that provides exceptional adhesion in most print environments.
Protect-all encapsulation films are constructed with a moisture resistant layer, creating a durable bond between the thermal adhesive and the polyester. Two-sided films are available in high clarity, standard clarity, or matte finish.
Wide Structure Variety:
Choose the PET and adhesive thickness you need. (Note: The first number is the PET thickness, the second number is the adhesive thickness.) Custom structures are available, ask your Protect-all representative.

Glueable / Stampable (GS) Films
Films can be produced with an adhesion receptive top coating designed to allow the finished laminated product to accept magnetic striping, spot UV coating, gluing, foil or hot stamping, or printing with UV offset as well as many conventional inks. Ask about Protect-all’s other custom printable surface products for your unique applications.
Writeable Matte Finish
A soft matte textured coating that allows the end user to write on the surface of the film with pen or pencil. This custom coating is available on 10 mil products and can be applied to thinner films for your custom application. Ideal for the back of business cards, or for ID cards and loyalty cards where signatures are required.
Dry Erase / Hard Coat Films
Available in thin or heavy-gauge, these high clarity polyester films feature a specialized surface treatment that offers excellent abrasion resistance. Often used in dry erase applications, our surface coating is more durable than many dry erase products on the market today, resisting “ghosting” and offering a durable and economical write/erase product. Mapped and Matched
In order to help reduce curl on heavy-gauge laminations, Protect-all can map and match all heavy-gauge films using 3 mil PET and above.
